Law firm Kingsley Napley has selected Intralinks to support all of its enterprise collaboration needs with its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
Kingsley Napley will deploy Intralinks VIA and Intralinks VIA Enterprise to all of its employees, giving them the freedom to share sensitive legal information and securely collaborate without exposing their organisation to compliance risk, loss of intellectual property (IP) or reputational damage.

Kingsley Napley needed a highly secure way of sharing information that could be deployed across the whole firm. Employees started using consumer sync and share products, including Dropbox, but in light of security concerns, they were quickly blocked by IT.

After conducting a competitive evaluation of eight vendors, Kingsley Napley selected Intralinks because it incorporates the necessary granular security controls and workflow capabilities while supporting the company’s mobile strategy, which includes mobile support for criminal case files used in court.
