Duggan joins as CEO after founding and serving as CEO of 4site, the mobile wireless and fibre provider acquired by Indigo Telecom Group in 2019, since 2003.
The new Indigo Telecom CEO brings nearly 30 years’ experience in working across multiple roles in civil engineering and telecoms, having worked as an engineer on a range of major civil projects in the Republic of Ireland.
Duggan also previously spent six years as a principal engineer at Esat Digifone, overseeing the roll out of hundreds of mobile network sites, and serving during the company’s transition to Digifone, and then to O2 in Ireland (now merged with Three Ireland).
In 2003, Duggan founded 4site, growing the telco degign business across the UK and Ireland before it was acquired by Indigo.

Indigo Telecom Group currently has access to over 1,000 engineers globally, and announced plans to hire 100 people to its Fibre Centre of Excellence in Limerick, Ireland, last month.
