That’s according to ITPro Today, which reports that a further 88 online enterprise IT respondents were also surveyed. Roughly 37% of workloads run by the survey’s respondents were on-premises; however, this looks likely to fall to approximately 27% by 2020.
Meanwhile, the public cloud hosted roughly 31% of their workloads; however, the figure should climb to approximately 41% by 2020.
