Commenting on his appointment, Verbist said, “Today, we see a shift from individual productivity to agile team productivity. Artificial intelligence, machine learning and chatbots are some of the key technologies that enable digital businesses to be more productive and client centric. They enable employees to focus on tasks that add immediate business value. Our clients want to consume technology that help them to make decisions based on real time data. Both CX and DW are two key areas that lead this change, so I’m excited to have been selected for this role where I have a significant opportunity to accelerate our clients’ journeys in this space.”
Dimension Data Group Chief Operating Officer for go-to-market, Paolo Masselli said, “We are delighted to have Nemo join our Executive team. His solid experience and tenacity with clients will be a key differentiator for us in driving our GTM practices forward”.
